Every year, the council ranger service host a day for all the countryside volunteers, as a thank-you for all our hard (and obviously totally unpaid!) work. Here’s a reminder on YouTube of that full & happy day this year (& thanks to all the contributors).

Well, the expanded charity – ELCV – met finally for the first time to elect its trustees – everyone in the picture (apart from the council rangers) and the office bearers (formal words for those mugs who volunteered to do all the work).
