We work closely with the East Lothian Countryside Ranger Service who frequently update their facebook page.

Some suggested walks and copies of walks leaflets are available on the Visit East Lothian website. Descriptions written by wardens are stored on this site in our Library. And there are also cycle maps and some useful cycling links on the Visit East Lothian web site. We often look after Eastern parts of the John Muir Way.

The Scottish Outdoor Access Code web site has a lot of information about access rights, responsible access and useful contact details. See also Paths For All who champion walking in Scotland.
