Giant Hogweed is not just a problem for humans - see this article in various newspapers

NB: The infestation in question is not one of ours (fortunately?!) on the river Tyne nor the Esk, but on a tiny stretch of water just a mile from the Forth. It has seen some treatment - presumably by the landowners - but is a large area.
